Why we built it
We own an escape room. We hated renting our waiver system.
Month after month, we paid another company for the privilege of collecting our own customer waivers. The software worked. The bill just never stopped.

Are there any ongoing costs?
The Ex-Waiver software itself has no monthly subscription. Hosting, domain services, email delivery, server administration, and maintenance are separate. Customers may use the included Setup AI session or add a one-time $250 white-glove installation by a Pavilion support specialist.
Will Ex-Waiver work with Wix, Squarespace, Shopify, or another closed website platform?
Not directly inside most closed website platforms. Your existing website can remain exactly where it is, while a branded subdomain—such as waivers.yourbusiness.com—points to a separate compatible Ex-Waiver hosting environment. That arrangement requires an additional monthly hosting plan.
