1. About Pavilion

Pavilion Technologies Group is a division of RP63 International, LLC. References to “Pavilion,” “we,” “us,” or “our” in these terms refer to RP63 International, LLC doing business through Pavilion Technologies Group.

By accessing or using paviliontech.com, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the website.

3. Website purpose

This website provides information about Pavilion, its products, product availability, support resources, and related services. Website content is provided for general informational purposes and may change as products and services evolve.

4. Product information and availability

Descriptions, features, pricing, release status, screenshots, demonstrations, roadmaps, and availability information may be updated from time to time. A product shown on the website may be private, in testing, in beta, planned, limited in availability, or unavailable for purchase. Pavilion does not guarantee that every product, feature, service, or integration described on the website will remain available or be offered on any particular schedule.

Payment processing may be provided by a third-party payment processor subject to its own terms and privacy practices.

7. Customer-controlled environments

Some Pavilion products are designed to operate in customer-controlled hosting or computing environments. Unless Pavilion expressly agrees otherwise in writing, the customer is responsible for its hosting account, server configuration, credentials, backups, security practices, data retention, legal compliance, and third-party services used with the product.

8. Setup AI and AI-assisted features

Pavilion products may include or provide access to AI-assisted tools, including Setup AI. AI-assisted outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a particular situation and should be reviewed by a person before being relied upon. Pavilion designs AI to assist human work and judgment, not to replace responsibility for technical, business, legal, financial, or operational decisions.

9. No professional advice

Nothing on this website, including product documentation, examples, AI-assisted output, waiver-related information, financial reporting information, or other materials, constitutes legal, accounting, tax, financial, compliance, or other professional advice. You are responsible for obtaining qualified professional advice when appropriate.

10. Intellectual property

The Pavilion website, its original text, design, software, code, interfaces, product names, documentation, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to RP63 International, LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. If you join the Pavilion mailing list, you agree to receive occasional Pavilion updates at the email address you provide. You may unsubscribe using the method provided in a mailing. Pavilion does not require mailing-list participation to browse the public website.

14. Privacy

Use of the website is also subject to the Pavilion Privacy Policy. Pavilion does not sell personal information and the public website is designed without advertising pixels, behavioral tracking, social-media trackers, invasive analytics, or marketing cookies.

15. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the public website and its informational content are provided “as is” and “as available.” Pavilion does not warrant that the website will always be uninterrupted, error-free, current, complete, or free of harmful components. Product warranties, if any, are governed by the applicable product-specific terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RP63 International, LLC and Pavilion Technologies Group will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the public website.
